BRASSERIE
Brasserie Las Olas had a very understated look. We were looking
for a timeless approach that harked back to fin-de-seicle Paris, an
era when post-impressionist greats like Pablo Picasso and Amedeo
Modigliani were frequenting the bars of Montparnasse and Pigalle.
The look is built around the classic font of the 1930s - Eric Gill's
peerless typeface - given a rich, colorful understated setting.
