Swann Properties is a realty company based in New York and Miami - specializing in properties of rare architectural merit.

Tangled Spider developed a logo for the company, and branding package that included stationary, business cards, and a house style for realty brochures.

The logo can be used in a variety of forms, to support Swann Properties material and also www.blackswann.com, which is also owned by Swann.

The Swann marque is designed to be versatile and uncomplicated.

The importance in logo design of versatility cannot be overstated.

If a logo is so complex that it does not shrink, or read in black and white, or be transmittable via fax, then it is not a strong brand.
