Top Tastes Top Tastes is an entirely web-based magazine for those who are interested in the finer things in life. Travel, fine wines and gourmet foods are featured. The organization required a look that would enable them to expand their scope in the future if necessary and did not want to be restricted to their current main focuses. In addition, a logo was required which could be used on a variety of merchanise items. The rich purple color and the elegant typeface used, give an opulent feel. The purple is used 
extensively. It has become their signature color.For example, Top Tastes, in conjunction with illustrator John Shelley, developed the character Patty Gollazzo. Note Patty's striking eye color. Although the front page of the site changes every month, the colors and typeface remain the same and the continuity is maintained throughout. |
